Page One Energy: Listening to What 2026 Is Asking of Us

I had every intention of sharing a 12/12 portal message and an energetic look at 2026 yesterday. But the universe had other plans. The kind that ends with a glass of wine, holiday movies, and the realization that I am apparently a complete lightweight when exhaustion meets one pour. Patrick ended up sleeping on the sofa thanks to my “so called snoring,” which I laughed off in complete denial, while also feeling bad for disturbing his sleep. It was the clearest sign the day was asking me to stop pushing, exhale, and let the moment be exactly what it was.

So here we are. A day later. More grounded. And maybe exactly on time.

I’ve never shared an energy forecast before, but here goes.

As I tuned into the energetic thread of 2026, the first thing I noticed wasn’t noise or chaos, but pressure. A weight on the shoulders that didn’t feel like collapse, but like gravity. The kind that asks you to pause. To come back into the body. To stop reacting and start observing. The energy felt clear in its request. Listen more than you speak. Sit with what is unfolding rather than rushing to name it.

There was a strong sense of enough is enough, but not in anger. More like a boundary being drawn quietly and firmly. A collective realization that moving faster is not the answer. What’s being asked now is contemplation, strategy, and action taken with intention rather than haste.

As I stayed with the energy, I felt the continued division many of us are already experiencing. Things being chopped up and pulled apart. Images of tall buildings came through, structures built upward but not deeply rooted. Financial fear showed itself too, a tightening, a holding even harder to money, resources, and control. None of this felt unfamiliar. It felt like the contraction phase, the uncomfortable middle where old systems strain before reorganizing.

And then something shifted. An image of Noah’s Ark surfaced, but not in the way we’ve been taught to fear. This wasn’t punishment or destruction. It felt like preparation. Floodgates opening quickly, not to drown, but to cleanse. Truth and relief rushing in after a long period of containment. What stood out most was the feeling that behind the scenes, planning has been happening for quite some time. Quiet work. Careful gathering. People, ideas, and values being preserved so that what truly matters is not lost in the noise.

There was a sense of regathering, not to escape the world, but to help it heal. To help humanity remember how to thrive, not just survive.

An olive branch followed. Not dramatic or loud, but steady. Hope felt practical. I saw street sweepers moving through the quiet hours of early morning, cleaning up what was left behind. New beginnings arriving with humility. A lot of work still ahead, yes, but work rooted in care, responsibility, and repair.

What felt most important was the reminder that this does not happen overnight. 2026 doesn’t feel like the finish line. It feels like the year the wheels visibly turn. The year momentum becomes undeniable. The call for change has already been heard, and the response is already in motion, even if the results are not fully formed yet.

It’s funny how, as we become more aware of the solid truths that form our foundation, pieces begin to fall in and out of place. Not to destabilize us, but to help us clearly see where we’ve been. That feels especially true for 2025, a nine year and the closing of a cycle. A year of release, reckoning, and quiet completion.

The question spirit brought to my awareness felt simple and honest. Are you ready for your new chapter? Because 2026 carries a very different energy.

It’s a one year. The year of the horse. Momentum. Movement. Growth. The energy of page one. And while I’m a big believer in presence, in the idea that every day can be a fresh page, there has always been something tangible about the energy behind a new year. You can feel it building. There is light here. Not the kind that blinds, but the kind that shows the way forward, one grounded step at a time.

As we move closer to this year one energy, here are a few things to sit with.

If you could define your goals and the energy in which you wish to manifest in one word, what would it be?

What is one thing you want to look back on and say, I did it?

This is your page one. So today, how are you gently planning for a year of momentum, new beginnings, and a fresh perspective?
