Q: How can I best prepare
for a reading?
A: The most important thing you can do is come with an open heart and mind. You don’t need to do anything formal, just try to be as relaxed and present as possible. Spirit works through energy, and the more open you are to receiving, the more clearly messages can come through. It’s also okay to feel nervous or unsure, that’s totally natural. Just know that you’re safe, supported, and exactly where you need to be. Trust that whatever comes forward will be what you’re meant to hear.
